Statutory Assessments at Whale Hill Primary School
These statutory assessments are in place throughout your child’s time at primary school to check their knowledge, skills and understanding in the core areas. The assessments take place in all schools and are relevant to a child’s age and year group.
This provides an overview of the dates which these assessments will take place.

| Year 2 | End of Key Stage 1 Optional Assessment (SATS) | May 2024 – date to be confirmed. |
| Year 4 | Multiplication Tables Check | During a 2 week period from Monday 3rd June |
| Year 6 | End of Key Stage 2 Statutory Assessment (SATS) | Monday 13th – Thursday 16th May 2024 |
